Monthly Business Maintenance Program

Based on requests from DMEPOS providers nationwide, healthcare law firm Brown and Fortunato and consulting provider Capital Healthcare Group have created a program to assist organizations stay informed and maintain compliance with regulatory and business requirements. The Monthly Business Maintenance Program allows providers to enroll in an individual program or for a discounted 12 month subscription. The schedule of monthly topics with the date, topic and speaker is posted for the upcoming 12-14 months.

Each individual subscription entitles the provider to one telephone line to allow as many participants in a location to participate in the monthly teleconference, held on a scheduled Thursday at 11 AM Eastern. Each call is approximately one hour in length. Dial in and password numbers are provided to subscribers 24 hours prior to the call each month.

The format for each call is the same. The call starts with a review of the “hot-topics” currently in the media or of concern for DMEPOS providers. This is followed by a 20-minute presentation on the scheduled topic presented by an industry expert. The remainder of the call is an open question and answer session available to participants to pose live questions to the experts on the call, either relevant to the presented topic or the “hot topic” issues.

There is no limit to the number of participants who may attend per call at each location. Providers can gather their staff during a morning or lunch break to participate in the live call each month. For providers who need rates for more than 4 locations, please contact us.
